3. RETURN BY REPENTANCE OR DEFECT – Policy for exchange and return of products GP Pet Wear.
To Customers and Interested, a GP Pet Wear offers 2 (two) ways of exchanging or returning products: due to regret or defect (addiction).
3.1. Return by repentance, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

- second, send the product to GP Pet Wear, in the care of Débora Lara to Avenida Antonio Carlos Comitre 510, Loja11, Bairro Campolim CEP 18047-620, Sorocaba / SP; the Atelier will verify that the returned product (s) is (are) in proper condition, that is, (i) the packaging is original; (ii) all parts and accessories of the returned product are in the packaging; (iii) there is no evidence of improper use or use;
If the above conditions have not been observed, the Customer will be informed that the right of repentance cannot be exercised, and the product will be sent by post, or carrier upon payment of the freight costs for reshipment, in which case the Customer will bear all the costs of resend;
- if the product (s) returned is in suitable condition, Atelier will inform the Customer about the acceptance of the return due to regret, in this case, Atelier will provide the full refund of the amounts paid for (s) returned product (s) including freight price. If the return occurs in relation to only one of the products purchased or some products included in the purchase, the return of freight costs will be proportional.
- The return of the payment made by credit card will be made through a reversal of the launch, to be requested by the Atelier to the administrator of the card used, at the most, 72 (seventy-two) hours after the acceptance and validation of the conditions of the returned product. The period for effecting the chargeback is the sole responsibility of the card administrator and will be carried out in accordance with her rules and conditions. The above conditions were not met, Atelier will notify the Client stating that unfortunately the right to exchange or return cannot be exercised, and the product will be sent by post or carrier upon payment of the freight costs for reshipping, in this case the Client bear all the onus of referral;
If the returned product (s) is (are) in proper condition, Atelier will notify the Customer informing the acceptance of the return and offer the following options,
- (i) sending an identical product without any additional cost;
- (ii) issuance of a Shopping Voucher in the total payment amount (including product price and freight) for use in future purchases;
If the product to be exchanged is unavailable, the Customer may choose to:
- (i) credit the total amount of the payment (including product price and freight) for use in future purchases;
- (ii) the immediate exchange for any other part available on the GP Pet Wear website with compensation in case of difference in price;
- (iii) for the full return of the amounts paid for the returned item including the freight price. The return of the payment made by credit card will be made through a reversal of the launch, to be requested by the Atelier to the administrator of the card used, at the most, 72 (seventy-two) hours after the acceptance and validation of the conditions of the returned product. The period for effecting the chargeback is the sole responsibility of the card administrator and will be carried out in accordance with her rules and conditions.
